A two-time Juno Award nominee, Sandro has collaborated with renowned artists such as Tom Cochrane, Colin James, David Clayton-Thomas, and The Shirelles. With a wealth of experience both on stage and in the studio, Sandro is a master at capturing polished, professional sound. His deep industry knowledge and musical expertise make him a valuable mentor for artists looking to elevate their craft and navigate the music world with confidence.
Brandy Dominelli
Junior Engineer, Producer, Songwriting Coach, Band Coach
Brandy has been immersed in the music industry for over 15 years, with experience ranging from leading the popular girl band The Red Hotz to working behind the scenes as an Artist Liaison for the Edmonton Jazz Festival. Her passion lies in helping bands and artists discover their authentic sound and connect with the audience they’re meant to reach. With a deep understanding of both performance and industry dynamics, Brandy is dedicated to guiding musicians on their journey to creative and professional success.
Stasia Zadolia
Stasia is passionate about creating a positive and empowering experience for young musicians—whether they’re part of a band or growing as solo artists. Her coaching focuses on guiding artists through every step of their musical journey, from exploring a variety of genres through cover songs to developing original material through songwriting. With a strong emphasis on stage presence, recording, and artistic authenticity, Stasia helps each artist shape their unique musical identity and gain the confidence to share it with the world.
Greg Bradley
As an experienced recording and touring artist in the rock genre, Greg Bradley brings a wealth of real-world knowledge and inspiration to his coaching and mentoring at Dominelli School of Music. Passionate about songwriting and artist development, Greg is dedicated to helping students unlock their potential and grow as musicians. While guitar is his primary instrument, he also brings valuable experience in drums and piano, offering a well-rounded perspective on music creation and performance. Greg believes in supporting artists at every stage—whether they’re pursuing a professional career or simply exploring music as a passion—and is committed to guiding them on a fulfilling and creative journey.
Ella Zenari
As a Project Vibe Coach, Ella is passionate about helping young, aspiring artists grow into confident and versatile performers. She works closely with artists to refine their vocal technique, laying a strong foundation for both live performance and studio work. Whether interpreting cover songs or crafting original music, Ella supports artists in building their skills, finding their unique sound, and developing their creative voice. She also guides those interested in songwriting and composition, helping them bring their ideas to life in ways that are authentic and performance-ready. Ella’s mission is to empower the next generation of musicians to step into their artistry with confidence, creativity, and clarity.
Brandon Burton
With over 15 years of experience performing in both original and cover bands, Brandon brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to every lesson. He encourages performers to express their individuality on stage and emphasizes the importance of creativity and freedom—especially when interpreting cover songs. Brandon’s approach is all about helping students shape each performance into their own unique vision. Above all, he ensures that the process is fun and engaging, from rehearsal to the final performance.
Ciana Lybbert
Ciana brings a deep understanding of vocal technique to the world of artist development, helping singers build a strong, healthy foundation while discovering their signature sound. She views every voice as a unique instrument and works closely with artists to unlock their full vocal potential. With a background in classical music, musical theatre, and folk, she offers a versatile approach but is always eager to explore genres that align with each artist’s creative vision. Ciana supports performers in developing authenticity through characterization and personal interpretation, helping them craft compelling, industry-ready performances that connect with audiences.
Ayla Chin
Hi, I’m Ayla! I’ve been active in the local music scene for several years—working as a studio musician, creative production assistant, and performing across a wide range of genres including folk, punk, pop, classical, and metal. As a multi-instrumentalist, I understand how each instrument and voice contributes to creating a dynamic and cohesive sound. I’m passionate about helping emerging artists spark their creativity, explore new sonic possibilities, and build confidence in their skills—whether they’re on stage, in the studio, or writing their next track.
Ayla Lapierre
As a coach, I’m passionate about helping young artists not only expand their musical repertoire but also dive into songwriting and creative exploration inspired by their favorite influences. While my roots are in punk and metal, I’m also deeply inspired by ’90s rock and grunge. When I was coming up as an artist, it meant everything to see role models playing the kind of music I loved—and now, I strive to be that support for the next generation. I work with both solo artists and bands to fuse technical skill with artistic inspiration, guiding them as they craft original music that’s authentic, bold, and uniquely theirs.

As a Project Vibe Coach, my goal is to help unlock each artist’s creativity and ensure their voice is truly heard—whether through an original song or a reimagined cover. Having once been a Project Vibe student myself, I know firsthand how transformative and empowering it can be with the right support and guidance.
